Do Stardust benefits differ from state to state?

At this time, due to local regulations, customers originally enrolling in B Connected in Kansas or Illinois are not eligible to use B Connected Points received from Stardust for FastPlay. Points are available to be redeemed at restaurants, spas, and other participating outlets located on-property.  Please visit B Connected for balance availability and point redemption processing. (Management reserves all rights.)
