- In the FAQ section - tap the Notepad Icon on the top right-hand corner of your screen if you’re using an iOS device. If you’re using an Android device - tap on the Message Icon on the lower-right hand corner of your screen.
- Tap “Start A Conversation”
- From here, you can message the Stardust Help Desk. When making a report, be sure to be specific about the issue. Include a screenshot if possible (click on the paperclip to either upload a filed image or to take a picture).
- Also please include your User ID, device type (i.e. iPhone 7, Samsung S9) and version of the app installed.
Our SuperStar helpers will be ready to assist. Issues reported during after-hours will be responded in the next business day.
