Virtual Coin purchases can take anywhere from 1 to 5 minutes for the virtual coins to transfer over to your balance. However, if you still do not see your virtual coins, it is recommended to relaunch the Stardust application by restarting your phone or restarting the App. If after restarting the coins have still not transferred over but the purchase is completed, please reach out to Customer Service and make sure to include the transaction ID number of your purchase. You can also contact Support inside the app by going to the game’s Lobby and clicking on the gear icon on the upper right-hand corner. You then click on Create Message icon, then click on Start Conversation to request ticket.
